Tech Issues

In this article, you can find everything you need to know about technical issues.

I can’t watch the class, or my video isn’t working

Of course, in the case of technical issues, our Support team is happy to help! If you are currently experiencing video issues, it's possible that there has been a problem with our video providers. In such cases we make sure to inform our students of what’s happening by activating a bot.

However, in many cases video issues might not be related to an overall platform problem. The first thing we recommend if you are experiencing tech problems of any kind is to erase all your cookies and cache.

How do I do that? Here are some keyboard shortcuts.

- Safari: alt + cmd + R

- Chrome: shift+cmd+R (Mac) o ctrl+F5 (Windows) (Or, if it doesn’t work, try shift+F5)

- Firefox: shift+cmd+R (Mac) o ctrl+F5 (Windows) (Or if it doesn’t work, try shift+F5)

And if using Safari from iOS (iPhone or iPad), the quickest way to solve the issue is to access the platform through private navigation (available in the tabs menu).

If the problem persists, try deleting browser data.

To do this go to the Settings app and click on Safari > Advanced > Website Data, then tap Remove All Website Data 👍

Of course, if this doesn’t seem to solve your problem, please get in touch with our support team at hello@thepowermba.com

I’m not getting your emails!

Please contact us on the chat and we’ll take a look as soon as we can.

Help! My next class is blocked!

The most common reason for your next class not unlocking is simply because you are all caught up on your class content for your cohort (remember: we unlock only one class per week day). If this is the reason for the blocked lesson, relax for the evening, (perhaps check out the bonus materials!) and your next class will be open for you the following day (usually around 5am Spanish time.)
